White Glove Delivery Service

At boulevard kids, we are committed to providing excellent service and a unique delivery experience.  Our white glove delivery service will ensure your delivery is an absolute stress free experience.  Delivery is applicable for all furniture items ordered shipping to one address only.

You will be charged a flat rate of $185.00 for delivery within the Auckland area only.  Sorry this service is not yet available in other areas of New Zealand.  Simply select this product during your purchase along with collection from our warehouse as your delivery preference, ensuring no further delivery charges apply.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
You will be contacted when your items are ready and asked to schedule a suitable day and time for your delivery.   At the time of scheduling, please notify the team at boulevard kids of any special delivery requirements. 

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
All ordered furniture items that qualify for our 'White Glove' service will be delivered inside your home, where our delivery professional will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble in your selected room.  For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed.  We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professional leaves your home.

An authorized person must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
