From our founder, Jacinda

Welcome to boulevard kids, where innovation meets dedication. I'm Jacinda, the Founder and CEO. From the inception of our company, my vision has been to create a space where creativity and technology converge to solve real-world problems and enhance everyday lives.

With a background in Interior Design have always been passionate about stunning interiors. This passion drove me to start boulevard kids, aiming to build not just a business, but a community where ideas flourish and excellence is the standard.

THE BEGINNING

Inspired by global design and Jacinda’s travels, the brand was created to bring elevated nursery living to New Zealand, where thoughtful design meets everyday family life. Our first collections, Sienna, Milla, and Benson— set the foundation for timeless craftsmanship and understated luxury.

Where Design Meets Real Life

As the brand evolved, so did Jacinda’s world.Welcoming her daughter Arabella marked a deeply personal chapter, transforming her understanding of what families truly need. This new perspective inspired more intentional, functional design—without compromising beauty.Later, the arrival of her second daughter, Agustina, brought a renewed focus on family, balance, and presence, leading Jacinda to step back and embrace motherhood fully.

As demand grew, boulevard kids became recognised for its commitment to craftsmanship and considered design. This evolution led to the expansion of curated essentials, including a custom-designed mattress developed in collaboration with Sleepyhead, along with a beautifully crafted range of cotton percale cot bedding. Each piece reflects our dedication to quality, comfort, and the modern family home.

It's important to us to be totally transparent about our products - if we can't answer all your questions about a material, we won't use it. All the materials we use are as natural as possible and sustainable - and we do everything we can to make sure that workers involved in the process are treated fairly and ethically!
