Care
All boulevard kids furniture is designed to withstand the normal daily life of your child. You can ensure its lasting service and good looks by following a few simple tips.
- Dust regularly with a clean, soft, dry lint-free cloth.
- Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth.
- Avoid using chemical cleansers, abrasives, or furniture polish on lacquered finishes.
- If not required, store in cool dry place and carefully pack original hardware to protect from loss or damage.
- Check fasteners periodically for tightness. DO NOT over tighten. This may cause distortion or breakage.
Crib Safety
Ensuring the safest sleep for your baby...
- Place babies on their backs, with their faces kept clear.
- Tuck them in securely – avoiding loose covers that may slip over the baby’s face and prevent breathing.
- Make up the crib so your baby’s feet are at the foot. This will prevent them slipping down under the covers.
- Keep cribs away from curtains, blind cords, power points and heaters.
- Do not leave a child in the crib while the side is lowered. Ensure sides are properly latched.
- Do not use a crib if the child is able to climb out, or is taller than 90cm.
- Replace loose or damaged teething guards.
- Pillows, soft toys or quilts should be considered decorative only, and must be removed from the crib during sleep times.
