TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A Layby contract is for 6 months
• The Cancellation Fee on all new Layby contracts is $20.00
• 10% down payment is collected from the customer when merchandise is put into Layby
• A scheduled monthly payment is required on the day the Layby contract was established
• As long as the payments are made on time, the merchandise will be held for the customer
• Layby merchandise will be Returned to Stock seven days after a missed payment
• If Layby merchandise is Returned to Stock the customer is eligible for a refund minus the Cancellation Fee
