How do I know if my items are available or if they're back ordered?
We make very effort on product detail pages to display the most current and accurate inventory information. In the event that an available date changes, you will be notified of items on "back order" via email.
What is the boulevard kids return policy?
At boulevard kids, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purcahse and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on personlised items, final - sale items or on items damaged through wear and tear.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

Can I arrange to pick up furniture?
Yes, collection of furniture is available from our East Tamaki Warehouse.
How is furniture delivered?
Furniture will be delivered by Mainstream National Freight. With any furniture purchase from boulevard kids, out Customer Service representatives can reliably track your order en route.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Shipping to another address that is different to your billing address is easy. As you go through the checkout process, simply enter the shipping address as different to your billing address.
